Position: Inside Sales Coordinator

Reports to: Wholesale Manager

Base Location: MSF HQ Petaluma





The Inside Sales Coordinator provides support to both the Outside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Managers to ensure that all administrative internal sales functions are operating effectively. The Inside Sales Coordinator has excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail data driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This individual understands the complete sales process and has a full concept of inventory flow making them the liaison between sales and fulfillment.



  • Assists Wholesale Manager and Inside Sales Managers with daily internal tasks
  • Main point of contact for Outside Sales Representatives
  • Uses QuickBooks to create Work Orders from Salesforce
  • Audits the team’s input Salesforce data to insure accuracy and complete entry
  • Preform daily QuickBooks work order audit to insure proper prices and upcharges
  • Interfaces with Fulfilment team to insure Sales team’s needs are met
  • Runs analytic sales reports for the Sales team
  • Uses Salesforce to enter leads for Sales Representatives
  • Owns customer retention and lead generation projects
  • Run weekly end of week sales reports
  • Create the Wholesale weekly email blast
  • Be prepared for dynamic job responsibilities, as we are a small and growing company



  • QuickBooks, Salesforce and Microsoft Office programs required
  • Experience in the meat industry, knowledge of meat cuts or a willingness to learn
